Production Company Final - 'Nocturnal Productions'

 This is our production company logo. We chose to use eyes as it links in with the name of our company - 'Nocturnal' - and having them flash to black links it in with this as it represents darkness and the night but also it is demonic which is a common convention used in horrors, and we have chosen to use this in our own narrative too. The colour of the font is white to contrast the black, typical horror-related colours, and the red glow on the outside helps give it an eerie feel but also insinuates danger or evil too.

Protagonist Name

We decided to look up female names that can link to darkness or evil and therefore our narrative. The names we liked most that we found were Blake, Gracelynn and Lilith.

Meanings: 

Blake - Darkness/black

Gracelynn - Water, in reference to the fact that our villain is attracted to water

Lilith - Is the name of a demon 

Lilith got the most votes when we went around and asked peers which names they'd prefer for our narrative, we explained what each name meant so they'd have a better understanding. We decided to use Blake and Gracelynn for our supporting female roles.
